Central location so close to a library, many attractions and Chicago, it was in a safe area.

Central location was a plus.

Lots of food at breakfast, such as coffee, milk, croissants, fresh bread and cereal. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with a quiet air condition, my bed was great. All in all everything was nice, nonetheless I had not clean bathroom. The hotel was placed in the central location near shopping district of downtown Chicago. Also, a skyscraper observation deck was located in the immediate surroundings. The service was top-notch, all people working there were attentive.

The staff were helpful and attentive as well, would stay here again. The location was stunning, not too far from London Guarantee Building.

Loved hotel' s location and staff, had a great stay on holidays. Our check-in was the best. What's more, there was late check-out by 2:30 pm.

The hotel was gorgeous and clean inside, I liked it. The staff was consistently courteous with the the doorman. Lobby had snacks. The venue had a magnificent location minutes from Signature Lounge.

Decent sized and functional rooms, amazing views of the Chicago The property was close to several very nice restaurants close by and was a nice walk to Navy Pier. Especially helpful, professional staff team is with the the doorman.

Food was awesome and I have nothing but special memories from this trip. Marvelous staff, superb bar. Bread, meats, cereals, coffee and cheese provided.
